About Nail Bite
Nail Bite has built their reputation on a singular premise: heavy metal has no limits.
The Lancaster, Pennsylvania metal outfit has carved out a unique space in heavy music, fusing metal intensity with an audacious genre-defying approach that spans virtually every major music genre. Often labeled "avant-garde metal," Nail Bite's sound oscillates between crushing heaviness and infectiously catchy melodies, delivered through a mix of singing, screaming, and extreme metal growls.
Created by Johnnie Bitting in early 2021, Nail Bite is Johnnie Bitting (Vocals/Guitar), Lonna Nelson (Vocals), Caiden Nelson (Keyboard), and John Bitting (Bass).
